Tacoma; Acrylic on Canvas, Gold Leaf, and Resin; 16" x 20"
This collection of paintings is inspired by the depths of the Puget Sound Waters. It is rumored that the largest octopus in the world lives here in Washington. Each painting is printed on stretched canvas. I then apply gold leaf, and hand pour resin to each print so that is looks just like the original, and each print is still its own unique piece.
